Balakram’s first Diwali was celebrated in full grandeur and royal style in the grand palace in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. On Hanuman Jayanti and Diwali, 50 thousand lamps each were lit in the court of Ramlala. On Diwali, Ramlala appeared to the devotees in yellow clothes studded with gems and jewellery. From here, there is a flood of devotees in Ayodhya, excited after making a record in Deepotsav. The queue of devotees in the courts of Ramlala and Hanumangarhi is not showing any signs of breaking.
Ramlala was beautifully decorated in the morning on Diwali. Ramlala wore Pitambari. Yellow colored silk dhoti and clothes were worn. Along with silk embroidery, gold and silver wire embroidery was also done on the yellow colored cloth. Many girls were also adorned with garlands and jewellery.
