The body of a teenager was found floating in the Sharda Sahayak Canal near Pirkhauli’s Majra Maharaja Purwa in Raunahi police station area of Ayodhya district on Thursday evening. This teenager was missing since losing in the PUBG game.
On receiving the information of the incident, the police post in-charge SN Singh got the body taken out and got it identified. The deceased was identified as Shubham, a resident of Aihar in Rudauli police station area.

Shubham had lost 43 thousand rupees in PUBG game on his mobile three days ago. Hurt by losing such a huge amount in PUBG, he left his mobile at home and went missing.
Based on the information provided by the family, a missing person report was filed and the search was underway. According to the police, the cause of death will be known only after the postmortem report arrives.
