Ayodhya. This time in the eighth edition of Deepotsav, like every year, there has been a hindrance in the fireworks on the Saryu bridge. In such a situation, the government has started considering an alternative place with the district administration. The deadline to complete the construction of the spectator gallery being built on the lines of a stadium for the spectators to sit on Ram Ki Paidi has been set to be completed by the first week of October at any cost.

The Deepotsav of Ramnagari, which has become the center of attraction not only in the country but also in the world, will be organized on October 30 this time. Like every year, this time too, there is a plan to create a new world record of lighting the maximum number of lamps. In a joint meeting held in the presence of Special Secretary Tourism Isha Priya as the representative of the state government and Chief Development Officer Rishiraj, the nodal officer of Deepotsav on behalf of the district administration, the initial outline was prepared by discussing its preparations.

During this time, there was a discussion on the compulsion of not being able to do grand fireworks on the Saryu bridge like every year. This is because Vaishnav lights have been installed on the bridge. The shapes of other symbols related to Sanatan Dharma including conch and tilak have been engraved on it. In such a situation, there will be difficulty in doing fireworks on the bridge.

Therefore, alternative solutions were considered. This type of problem is more common between pillar number three to eight of the bridge. In such a situation, many options have been put forward. The final decision will be taken later.

Similarly, the progress of the construction of the spectator gallery being built to accommodate more than 20,000 spectators during the Deepotsav at Ram Ki Paidi was reviewed in the meeting. CDO Rishiraj said that its construction has to be completed in the first week of October at any cost.

No laxity will be tolerated in this. All the stairs of the gallery should be built with good quality so that the spectators do not face any problem in sitting on them during Deepotsav and they can watch the entire program comfortably. Special attention should be paid to the beautification of the gallery.
