Till 2023, 20 lakh devotees used to visit Ayodhya Dham every year, but in 2024, from 22 January to 31 July, more than 2.5 crore devotees have arrived in Ayodhya Dham, that is, on an average, one to one and a half lakh devotees are coming every day. These devotees are not only having a warm and grand darshan of Lord Shri Ram, but are also getting overwhelmed by seeing the new, grand, divine and new Ayodhya.
The above words were said by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He inaugurated the Shri Ram Heritage Walk on Dharmapath late on Tuesday night. After this, he flagged off the golf cart. CM Yogi said that today’s program is a part of giving a new look to the divine, grand and new Ayodhya.
New Ayodhya is attracting the country and the world towards itself
CM Yogi Adityanath said that the holy Ayodhya Dham is making a new identity in the country and the world as its grand and modern form. The order of heritage and development that PM Modi has promoted in the country is realizing the vision of one India-Shrestha Bharat within 10 years. In this sequence, Ayodhya Dham has become an integral part of the campaign of heritage and development. New Ayodhya is attracting the country and the world by spreading the unique shade of India’s heritage and development.
Many works were done in Ayodhya Dham under the guidance of PM
CM Yogi said that the grand and divine form of Ayodhya is getting a new look. The murals made on Dharm Path are showing those leelas of Lord Ram, which he established during his exile and the establishment of Ramrajya. They have been presented here through tableaus and murals. Under the guidance and leadership of the PM, the development of Ayodhya Dham has been given a new look. Four-lane connectivity in Ayodhya, the work of Ramlala’s enthroning in the divine and grand temple of Lord Shri Ram after ending the wait of 500 years, Shri Rampath, Janmabhoomi Path, Bhaktipath, the work of connecting many routes of Ayodhya to the district headquarters and Lucknow-Ayodhya four-lane road, making the connectivity of the airport better and connecting this route to the airport via Teedi Bazaar, construction of international airport in Ayodhya, multi-level parking, grand form of Ram’s Paadi, and many other works have been done here.
Golf carts will operate on the routes of Ayodhya
CM Yogi said that a new public transport facility is being started for the devotees. Being the capital of Suryavansh, we will establish Ayodhya as a solar city. Operate electric buses and battery-powered cars in Ayodhya. Provide this facility to the people. Many people and companies have donated money from CSR fund to operate murals, Shri Ram Hatirage Wall and e-rickshaws. These e-rickshaws will provide easy opportunities to visit Ayodhya including Lata Mangeshkar Chowk, Hanumangarhi, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi from Saket Petrol Pump. 250 such e-rickshaws will be available for auto travel. The CM thanked those who provided this facility from CSR and expressed confidence that such positive cooperation will continue to be received in the heritage and development campaign in accordance with the vision of the PM in the development journey of Ayodhya. Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi, Mayor Girish Pati Tripathi, MLA Vedprakash Gupta etc. were present on this occasion.
