There should be fixed routes for the arrival and departure of the volunteers deployed for lighting the lamps at Ram Ki Pauri. They should be briefed in advance as to where to sit after lighting the lamp. The tableaux and processions taken out by the Information and Tourism Department should be attractive. All preparations for the laser show on Ram Ki Pauri and the fireworks show on the old Saryu Bridge should be done on time.
