Lakhs of devotees took a dip in Saryu on Friday, the last bathing festival of Kartik Purnima. This sequence started in the morning itself and it became more intense as the dawn broke. The roads leading from the bathing ghat of Saryu to the major temples remained jam-packed with devotees.
