Dress code has been implemented for the priests who worship Ram Lalla. The priests of Ram Mandir will now be seen in white dhoti and yellow chaubandi. Soon, the dress will be provided to all the priests by the trust. Also, all the 25 priests who worship Ram Lalla have been given keypad phones by the Ram Mandir Trust. The priests will now be able to use only keypad phones in the Ram Mandir, the use of Android phones has been banned.

On Friday, Ram Mandir Trust’s general secretary Champat Rai held a meeting with the new priests and introduced them to the code of conduct of Ram Mandir. In this sequence, dress code has also been implemented. The trust will provide three sets of summer and three sets of winter dresses to the priests. The use of Android phones has also been banned for priests in Ram Mandir. The trust has given keypad phones to the priests. The priests will use these phones to talk in Ram Mandir. While their Android phones will be deposited in the locker room built in the temple.

Photography and video making is strictly prohibited in the temple. Ram Mandir priest Premchandra Tripathi said that a dress code has been implemented for the priests. The dress will be provided by the trust. All the priests have also been provided with keypad phones.

Roster of worship for new priests has also been released

The priests have also been informed about the roster set for performing worship and service in Ram temple. One copy of the roster has been made available to all the priests. The new priests will perform worship along with the old priests as per the roster. The priests who have been posted in the sanctum sanctorum will have a duty of eight to 10 hours. Whereas the roster will be different for the worship of Hanuman ji seated in Kuber Tila, Yagya Mandapam, temporary temple. Here the priests will be posted for four to six hours. This arrangement will be effective from July 22.

Bhaiya ji Joshi had darshan of Ramlala

Top RSS pracharak Bhaiya Ji Joshi reached Ayodhya late Thursday evening. His family members also reached Ayodhya with him. He also paid a visit to Ram Lalla’s court on Friday morning. After offering prayers, he also saw the work going on for the construction of the temple. He also enquired about the progress of the temple construction work by meeting with Ram Mandir Trust’s general secretary Champat Rai and other trustees. Champat Rai told him that the work of temple construction is in progress as per the stipulated time frame.
