Ayodhya. After voting for Faizabad Lok Sabha constituency, now a campaign is going on to increase the voting percentage in Gosaiganj assembly constituency included in Ambedkar Nagar parliamentary seat. For this, street plays, slogan, painting and essay writing competitions are being organized in educational institutions under the Adbhut Ayodhya voter awareness program. Also, call teams have been activated at the booths which had low voting percentage in the last election.

In the sixth phase, voting for Ambedkar Nagar seat is to be held on 25 May. Voters are being motivated to reach their polling booth on the polling day in the festival of democracy and exercise their invaluable right to vote. They are being sworn in to perform their supreme duty towards the country and democracy. In this sequence, on Tuesday, Block Development Officers held a meeting with the call groups in the block headquarters Tarun and Maya Bazaar.

In the meeting, by sharing the list of villages where the voting percentage was low in previous elections, an action plan was made to activate call teams to increase the voting percentage. All BLOs were told to go door-to-door on war footing in the areas having such booths in the next three days and meet all the family members. Meanwhile, District Election Officer Nitish Kumar and Chief Development Officer Rishiraj said that the voters of Gosaiganj should make the election festival grand by voting peacefully and in maximum numbers.
