Ayodhya has once again created a record in the Festival of Lights. A world record has been created by lighting 25.12 lakh lamps. This time, after the end of the Deepotsav, the cleanliness of Ram Ki Paidi was much better than every year. After lighting the lamp by the Municipal Corporation, 1000 workers were deployed to clean the ghats of Ram Ki Paadi and pick up the lamps and wicks.

After lighting of the lamp, the laser show and projection mapping ended late in the night. From 11:00 pm, the cleaning workers deployed by the Municipal Corporation started the cleaning work. Cleaning work went on throughout the night at all the 55 ghats of Ram Ki Padi. The effect of which was that this time lamps were not seen scattered on any ghat, nor was oil found lying on any ghat.

When the devotees reached the ghats of Ram Ki Paidi on Thursday morning, the second day of the festival of lights, they found the ghats of Ram Ki Paidi empty. People were seen praising the cleanliness system of Ram Ki Pauri. Ayodhya is decorated on the second day also. The joy of Diwali is visible even on Thursday. Late in the evening, preparations are going on to celebrate Diwali from monasteries and temples to every home.
