In the case of forcible occupation of Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh despite a stay from the court in 2015, a notice has been issued against five people including the then Kotwali Shailendra Singh of Kotwali Nagar and Inspector Yamuna Prasad Pandey. District Sessions Judge Rananjay Kumar Kumar Verma has given this order on the application of monitor Dhirendra Pratap Singh. Also, the date of hearing has been fixed as December 9.
Surveillance Dhirendra Pratap Singh has presented the case in the court of the Criminal Revision District Judge against the order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate on October 19, 2024. In the year 2015, Dhirendra Pratap Singh, a resident of Janora of Kotwali Nagar area, approached the Chief Judicial Magistrate to register a case against the then Kotwal Shailendra Singh, Devkali outpost incharge Yamuna Prasad Pandey, Lalbagh Bans Mandi resident Sajauddin, Janora residents Bhupendra Singh and Jitendra Singh. Had given application in the court.
Challan was issued for breach of peace
In the application given in the court, it was alleged that Bhupendra Singh and Jitendra Singh were forcibly occupying the land of the victim Dhirendra Singh. He also got a stay from the land court. When Dhirendra Singh complained in Kotwali Nagar, he was taken to the police station. Challan was issued for breach of peace. Kotwal Shailendra Singh also filed a fake case.
CJM rejected the application
The victim submitted an application in the court to lodge a report regarding the incident. After hearing, CJM rejected the application of 156(3) of Dhirendra Pratap Singh. After the hearing, the District Judge has issued a notice against current CO City Shailendra Singh, Sub Inspector Yamuna Prasad Pandey, Lalbagh Bans Mandi resident Sajauddin, Janora resident Bhupendra Singh and Jitendra Singh and passed an order for hearing on 9 December 24.
