After failing to qualify JEE Main, a judge’s son committed suicide by hanging himself on Wednesday night. The family did not get the post-mortem done. After the paperwork, the police handed over the body. After this, the family took the dead body to Ayodhya and performed the last rites there.
NIA Court Special Judge Vivekananda Sharan Tripathi, originally a resident of Deoria, lives with his family in Butler Palace Colony. After having dinner on Wednesday night, his son Ajitesh Tripathi (19) went to his room. According to ADCP Central Manisha Singh, when Vivekananda woke up between 3 and 4 in the night, he saw that the door of his son’s room was closed.
When he knocked the door did not open. When the door was broken, Ajitesh was found hanging from a fan inside. He was taken down from the noose and taken to the Civil Hospital, where the doctors declared him dead. Ajitesh was the only son of the family. He has two sisters younger than him.
Was stressed about exam results
Hazratganj Inspector Vikram Singh said that Ajitesh was under extreme stress regarding the exam results. To prevent him from seeing the results, his family had already kept his mobile with them. But when the results came on Wednesday night, he checked them on his laptop.
