Notification for Milkipur Assembly by-election in Ayodhya has been issued. With this the nomination process also started, which will continue till January 17. However, Kharmas will remain till 13th January. According to the beliefs of Hindu religion, no auspicious work is done in Kharmas. Due to this, there is a possibility of filing nomination papers only after January 13. Due to Kharmas, the possibility of filing nomination papers by major political parties is very less. Anyway, the name of the candidate has not been announced by the Bharatiya Janata Party yet. If sources are to be believed, the name of the candidate will be finalized by January 15. Samajwadi Party has declared its candidate. Nominations can be filed in the auspicious time between 14th to 17th January only after the Kharmas is over from both the major parties. Voting for Milkipur assembly by-election is to be held on February 5 and counting of votes is to be held on February 8.
