Ayodhya. On the first day of the second phase of the police recruitment examination, 78.05 percent candidates appeared at 12 centers in the city. While 21.05 percent were absent. There were strict security arrangements at all the centers under the leadership of sector and static magistrates. Monitoring was done through CCTV cameras. Candidates were allowed entry after three rounds of checking. Senior officers visited the centers and checked the arrangements.
On Friday, in the first shift, 3616 candidates out of 4632 appeared for the exam. 1016 were absent. 78.06 percent attendance was recorded in this shift. In the second shift, 3641 candidates out of 4632 appeared for the exam. 991 candidates were absent. 78.61 percent candidates were present in this shift. Exam Nodal Officer ADM FR Mahendra Singh said that the exam was conducted peacefully and transparently in all centers under tight security. No complaint of any kind of irregularity has been received from anywhere. He himself visited the centers along with SP City Madhuban Singh. Besides him, other senior officers also inspected the centers.
