For a long distance around the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex, only a crowd of devotees was visible on one lane of Rampath. There was a long queue on the Janmabhoomi Path also. The slogan of Jaishree Ram kept echoing everywhere. The caravan of devotees continued moving towards the birthplace from Lata Chowk, Ayodhya Dham railway station and Tedhi Bazaar intersection. The crowd became so huge that large vehicles were stopped from moving towards Ram Mandir from Terhi Bazar intersection and Post Office intersection.

The period of darshan and worship continued amid the cloudy sky and severe cold since morning. Meanwhile, after 11 o’clock suddenly light rain started. Despite this, there was no impact on the faith of the devotees. Amidst the rain, the footsteps of the devotees continued to move towards the birthplace on the Rampath barefoot. No one seemed to have any desire to avoid getting wet. Everyone was anxious just to see Ramlala.

During this, Usha Singh, who came from Gonda, met in front of the Ram temple and said that so what if it is raining, we will at least get a little wet. The most important thing is to have darshan of Ramlala. Being a working person, I did not get leave on Saturday, hence I was deprived of participating in the main festival of Pratistha Dwadashi. Today was a holiday so we came straight to Ayodhya.

After darshan, Angad will also participate in the ongoing ceremony at Tila. According to Sheela who came from Basti, her husband had refused on Saturday. Today was his holiday so the darshan program was finalized. Similarly, many other devotees were seen emotional about the celebration of Pratistha Dwadashi.
