Ayodhya. Vidya Bharati is preparing to introduce the young generation to culture and values. Vidya Bharati will run a campaign in English medium schools regarding this. Under this campaign, books based on Indian knowledge tradition will be taught to children in selected English medium schools under the new National Education Policy.
Sharing this campaign with Amar Ujala, Vidya Bharati’s regional head Rajkumar Singh said that a campaign to save Indian culture has to be run in India itself. Vidya Bharati has published the book Sanskriti Bodh Mala based on the Indian knowledge tradition under the new education policy.
This book has been published in 10 volumes. Information about the major temples of the country has been given on the cover page of each volume. Along with this, information about India’s geographical and cultural status, great men, ancient culture, knowledge tradition, glorious past etc. will be given to English medium students in different volumes so that they remain connected with their culture.
It was told that Vidya Bharati has divided eastern Uttar Pradesh into four provinces. These include Kashi, Awadh, Gorakhsh and Kanpur provinces. One coordinator has been appointed in each province. These coordinators will select English medium schools in their respective areas and deliver these books to the schools.
