Ayodhya. The land of Bhadarsa Primary School was measured by a joint team of Tehsil administration and Nagar Panchayat. During this, those who had encroached and illegally occupied the school land were identified. SDM Sohawal Ashok Saini also measured the houses and shops around the school. Illegal occupants will be given notice first. After this, demolition action will be taken.
A joint investigation team led by SDM Sohawal along with CO Ayodhya Ashutosh Tiwari and Nagar Panchayat EO Indra Pratap reached the Bhadarsa Primary School at 12.15 pm on Thursday. The team included Naib Tehsildar Shekhar Shukla and many other officers and employees. A heavy police force was also present during this time. As soon as the team reached here, a large number of local people also reached the spot. The team first inspected the premises as per the records of the school land.
After this, the playground in front of the school was measured. The team found shops operating by illegally occupying the entire ground. Shops selling eggs, tea, pakodas, vegetables and fruits are being operated here. The Nagar Panchayat workers measured the entire playground. After this, the houses and shops built on the right side of the school were also measured. During this, it was found that the Nagar Panchayat had also constructed a Sulabh toilet on the school land. Not only this, a house was being constructed by occupying the drain. The SDM has summoned the land records from the family getting the house constructed. The measurement process continued here for about one and a half hours.
Regarding this, SDM Sohawal said that DM Chandra Vijay Singh has ordered that wherever there are council schools, their land should be identified. During this, if illegal encroachments are found, they should be removed. In this connection, a complaint was received about illegal encroachment on the land of Bhadarsa Primary School. BSA Santosh Rai has also written a letter regarding this. After this, the team here is investigating how much land this school has and how much area has been encroached. 1600 square meters of land of this school is registered in government records. There is illegal encroachment on a large area of it.
The role of Nagar Panchayat president and the accused SP leader will also be decided
The role of Nagar Panchayat President Rashid Khan and Samajwadi Party city president Moeed Khan, accused of gang rape of a teenager, will also be decided in connection with the illegal occupation of primary school land.
