Ayodhya. Room rates have been fixed in hotels to accommodate star campaigners of various parties coming to campaign during the Lok Sabha elections. For this, six major hotels of the city have been identified. Candidates contesting elections can book rooms in these hotels for the most expensive price of Rs 35,538 and the cheapest for Rs 1450. All candidates will also have to give account of this expenditure.
On behalf of District Election Officer Nitish Kumar, the list of room rents of various hotels has been made available to the representatives of all political parties and candidates. According to this, the most expensive rooms are in Hotel Park Inn Radisson. Rooms can be booked here in four different categories with rent ranging from Rs 16,500 to Rs 35,538 per day. Rooms at Hotel Shane Awadh start from Rs 4500 per day. The most expensive room is Rs 9500.
Rooms can be booked at Hotel Krishna Palace for Rs 3000 to Rs 7450. Hotel Panchsheel offers rooms in eight categories ranging from Rs 4500 to Rs 16,500. In Hotel Ramayana, candidates can book rooms in five categories ranging from Rs 4500 to Rs 16,500. Rooms are available in Tara Ji Resort for Rs 3500 and Rs 4000. The cheapest rooms are available at Hotel Tirupati. Here candidates of political parties can book rooms ranging from Rs 1450 to Rs 3850.
