Ayodhya. Hearing was held on Saturday in the case registered for creating a website in the name of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust and asking for donations. The statement of Champat Rai, the general secretary of the plaintiff trust, was recorded in the court of Additional Civil Judge Senior Division II/ACJM Atul Pal.

Advocates of accused Avinash Bahukhandi, Shriprakash Singh and Gyan Prakash Tripathi, cross-examined the plaintiff on behalf of the defence. After the cross-examination of plaintiff Champat Rai was completed, the magistrate fixed November 5 for the next hearing in the case. According to the events, in the year 2020, Champat Rai, general secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, came to know that some youths of Delhi were collecting donations in the name of Ram temple by misleading the general public by making the logo of the trust. On the complaint of the general secretary, a case was registered against unknown persons under several serious sections in Ram Janmabhoomi police station. During the investigation, the name of accused Avinash Bahukhandi came to light. Dialogue
