Devotees and tourists from India and abroad coming to Ayodhya will soon get the facility to visit the Ram temple by helicopter. The organization has been selected for this by the Tourism Department. After the consecration ceremony of Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya, the number of tourists and devotees from India and abroad coming here has increased.
A total of more than 13 crore 56 lakh tourists visited Ayodhya between January and September 2024. This includes 13 crore 55 lakh domestic and 3153 foreign tourists. In view of the increasing number of tourists, the Tourism Department is working focusing on the development of basic and fundamental facilities. It is also busy in attracting tourists. Aerial darshan from helicopter will be a new experience for tourists and devotees. The department has signed a contract with Rajas Aerosports and Adventures Limited for this. A fee of Rs 4130 per person has been fixed for aerial darshan of Ram Temple.
This service will be launched soon by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Whereas in the next phase, there are preparations to start helicopter service from Ayodhya to Prayagraj, Gorakhpur to Ayodhya, Lucknow to Ayodhya, Agra and Mathura also to Ayodhya. The state government is also busy in making Mahakumbh grand and attractive. In such a situation, the Tourism Department is also trying to provide the facility of aerial darshan from helicopter and showering of flowers on the devotees to the tourists in Ayodhya as well as in Mahakumbh. Presently, flowers are showered on the devotees by the state government.
